Cancellation/Rescheduling policy

 

Your appointments are very important to me and reserved especially for you. I will always respect your time making sure that your personal schedule remains uninterrupted by my services. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

 

-Any cancellation/reschedule made 48 hours in advance: No charge

 

-Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48-24 hours in advance: You will be charged the 25% of the service scheduled.

 

-Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance: You will be charged the 50% of the service scheduled.

 

-LESS THAN 24 HOURS - NO SHOW: You will be charged the 100% of the service scheduled.

 

-LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are going to be late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the full service booked. My scheduling is designed to provide you with a quality service and the attention that you deserve. I will not rush to provide the scheduled service thus sacrificing quality.

You will be charged the full-service cost regardless and I will gladly extend the service time if my schedule allows it. You will be charged for the additional time as per the appointment menu.  

 

-A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
